Moustache Macs and Preston Vineyard Farms

Hi Guys!

The moustache crew is stoked because tomorrow we are visiting Preston Vineyard Farms. They don't just make great wine but also have a lovely farm that is local and right off West Dry Creek Rd. This summer we will provide the plaza with a line of fabulous french macs that will use the highest quality locally farmed produce right from the Preston Farm. This summer they will be pretty much whatever our hearts desire they might be peach, lavender or whatever Preston has seasonally. We are so excited for them. Right now we have 4 flavors: Passionfruit, Fourbarrel Espresso, Pistachio and Raspberry.

Just in case your wondering they girl in the pic is one of our newest additions to  the moustache team. Here name is Hillary and she is just lovely!

Whoa!

Moustache has been kickin' butt and summer isn't even here! January started with big news. Daily deliveries out the the famed and acclaimed Farmhouse Inn Restaurant & Spa. We met with the owner and they loved our custom cupcake creations. Then, all of the sudden came the press attention which, we love.

From Fodors Travel Guide to the Daily Candy to Thrillist. Its been non stop so far this year! We have hired about 5 new peeps who have a love and passion for cupcakes like no other to help with the crazy demand in the Burg. Their training starts first at Fourbarrel were they get trained only by the best Brett Whitman. Slowly they move over to frosting techniques and get keen on macchiato rosettas a must when you work at the Stache'.

Work never seems to end and when you get a day off its a good excuse to say hi to our friends back at Fourbarrel. They are doing big things down in the city and with three years of newness and mentions in the Wallstreet Journal and crazy buzz with San Francisco publications it doesn't really get better.

We wanted to add some pics of press and randomness to our blog to show that all your love for us has paid off.

Thank you Healdsburg.

New Year

All of the minds at Moustache are spinning around gearing up for the new year. New cupcake and desserts, getting ready for our 1st wedding season and lots of fun surprises planned. Our Little succulent, tragically died from not being watered (Sorry Notion Gals), so we took it as a great excuse to go for a long drive. It's been a blessing to be in Healdsburg waking up early each morning doing what we love...Life is good! Cheers to a New Year with endless possibilities. 2012 here we come

Fall and Winter...Finally

Bustin' through Thanksgiving weekend and of course black Friday we had 2 lines going through each entrance, Bryce was bombarded with hot chocolates and cappuccinos but we all pulled together and made it through Healdsburg's kick off to the holiday season. We are blessed to be a part of the community.

Moustache Baked Goods Opens!

It's all been word of mouth and boy oh boy has it been awesome! We opened the first two days with Christian's mom in the kitchen, Ozzy's best friends helping out in the front and pretty much made it one big hang out party. It's been a bunch of hard work with sweat and tears along the way but were finally here. The Yelp reviews are in and word of mouth has been we are the new must visit dessert spot in town.

Thank you Healdsburg your local boys won't disappoint you.

Here are some pictures from our first week. Take a peek:

How to tie a bow tie

I remember when I was younger and being taught how to tie a tie or bow tie, it's a right of passage, a tradition for every guy and gal. Here is a little video on how to tie a bow tie that made us smile.

Were getting closer!

Boy, have we been busy beavers! It's been one heck of a ride since we started and now the first week of September will be when you finally get to meet Moustache. The past two weeks have been awesome. From our very first event at Stache and Spokes to our hyper caffeinated training with the amazing guys at Fourbarrel. Seriously, we can't wait to show you what we have kept from you guys these past couple of months.

Don't forget, first week in September! Here are some pictures of where the Moustache has been past couple of weeks.

Coffee master Brett at Fourbarrel. So awesome!

Happy cheese from happy cows. No one makes it better than Cowgirl Creamery at Point Reyes Station.

Yummy waffle cone sunday at Screaming mimis in Sebastapol. True story, we're addicted!
