Often one can get lost in a sea of blogs and articles trying to explain a particular love for sustainable living & eating. This blog does such an amazing job of trully showcasing what it means to be living from the earth. Featuring a different farmer every week per episode we really get to see what true sustainable cuisine is all about. Traditionally, we tend to assume that the only people interested in sustainable cuisine is a swanky Californian or New Yorker making the weekly rounds at Whole Foods. What's unique about Perennial Plate is that it features hard working farming Americans doing simply what they love.
